Required skills and experience: 
 
Vast experience of a wide range of litigation matters, including Director and Shareholder disputes, Insolvency disputes, Contract disputes and Building and Property Disputes. 
Highly desirable also would be, experience in Consumer disputes, Landlord and Tenant, Neighbour and Boundary disputes, Defamation, IP disputes, Contentious Probate, Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury, Professional Negligence and Debt Recovery. 
A proven background in being experienced in dealing with multifaceted and complex transactions. 
The capacity and drive to influence and progress the growth of this established Dispute Resolution department. 
 
In addition, the successful candidate will be willing to dedicate a large proportion of their time to business development and further growth of the department. 
 
There will also be supervisory elements to the role, and experience of supervising peers and junior colleagues would be beneficial.
