I am looking for a talented Employment Solicitor with circa four or five years’ experience or more to join a dedicated Employment Law practice with a reputation for excellence working and being based at the firm’s office located in Northamptonshire.

You would be joining a practice which is positive about its future including embracing change and focused on empowering individuals to succeed.
The practice provides a full employment law and HR service covering both contentious and non-contentious work with a predominantly corporate client base.
The role on offer will involve delivering complex Employment solutions to a wide range of challenges to the Clients of the practice. As well as providing general advice to a commercial client base, you will be involved in delivering bespoke advice to a range of industries including Manufacturing, Logistics, Education, Electronics, IT and Transport allowing the practice’s lawyers to develop an intimate knowledge of the processes and procedures unique to these industries.
