EXPERIENCED FAMILY LAW SOLICITOR OPPORTUNITY - OXFORDSHIRE

My client is an established progressive and successful regional law firm having a presence in Oxfordshire and the surrounds and now has an opportunity to appoint an additional Family Law Solicitor to join its extensively experienced and regarded Family Law team.
To apply, you should have experience in Private Family Law work covering the following:-
Dealing with a mixed caseload to including Divorce and Civil Partnership dissolution
Financial settlements on relationship breakdown including HNW assets and incomes
Child arrangements
Nuptial and cohabitation agreements
Advocacy in the courts including directions hearings
Growing and developing a network of clients and referrers, and,
Assisting in evolving the business development strategy and to grow the firm’s family team practice.
Further, you should also have the following attributes: -
A proven background in Private Family Law work with three or more years’ post admission experience
Be committed to following best practice
Possess excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
Display a proven ability of working to deadlines
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Display the ability to form a good working rapport with clients and third parties
Ability to identify problems, recommend solutions and work on own initiative
A strong team player who supports colleagues and the work of the team, and,
The capacity and drive to influence and progress the growth of the firm’s Family Law Practice
