SENIOR ASSOCIATE - LITIGATION : WARWICKSHIRE
An opportunity is on offer for a highly qualified Litigation Solicitor or suitably qualified individual with a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience to become part of a thriving and highly regarded Litigation Department with a well regarded law based in Warwickshire
The role will include undertaking a broad spectrum of litigation cases in the County and High Court including commercial disputes, professional negligence claims, contentious probate matters, property, construction and contract disputes.
Being a senior team member within the team, you will benefit from secretarial support and will foster a collaborative environment by sharing knowledge and offering guidance to team members.
You should also be able to demonstrate a commitment to generating new business and facilitating cross-referrals to other departments.
In addition to being an exceptional litigator you will also demonstrate the following: -
strong organisational skills and efficiency
proficiency in using computer tools and technology
display a genuine desire for personal and professional growth.
capable of effective communication with clients, colleagues, and support staff
exhibit ambition, enthusiasm and a proactive attitude
be ready to play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of both the Litigation Department and the entire firm
possess a friendly and diligent demeanour, and,
a solid billing history
